Let me find you the perfect venue and/or suppliers for your small events such a christening, baby shower, or children's birthday party (less than 20 guests) that match your vision. 

Days out & experiences: 

Allow me to coordinate relaxing spa days, charming brunches, wine tastings or delightful day-outs for groups of up to 6 people, complete with transportation arrangements if needed.

Any other small events or get-togethers, for less than 6 people. Not including short breaks. 

Hen and Stag day trips:

I can plan hen and stag party day trips, for up to 6 people. (Not including travel and accommodation arrangements)

Price guide: £100 - £150

Comprehensive Milestone Celebrations: 

I specialize in planning large events like milestone birthdays and engagement parties, ensuring every detail is perfectly in place.

Memorable Proposals: 

Need help planning a romantic proposal? I'll create a setting to remember and even arrange catering, photography and accommodation if desired.

Intimate Dinner gatherings: Count on me to coordinate intimate dinner parties for up to 16 guests, including sourcing catering options and arranging elegant décor.

Hen and Stag Accommodation Finder: 

Searching for the perfect accommodation for hen and stag parties? I'll research options and provide you with a tailored shortlist based on your preferences.

Tailored Short Breaks: Let me design custom short break plans for parties of less than 4 guests and stays of fewer than 3 nights including activity planning, restaurant bookings and itinerary creation. 

Price guide: £150 - £300

Comprehensive Hen and Stag Packages: 

Allow me to handle every detail of your hen and stag parties, including researching flights, booking accommodations, activities, entertainment, and transportation. Either in the UK or overseas. 

Tailored Holiday Planning: Experience seamless holidays with detailed itineraries, activity recommendations, and booking arrangements taken care of (Europe only)

Corporate Travel Coordination: 

For your business trips, conferences, and team-building events, I'll ensure your travel and accommodation plans are well-coordinated.

Large-Scale Event Planning: Let me manage other large-scale events with 50+ guests to ensure a smooth and unforgettable experience.

Price guide: £300 - £650

Perfect for couples with who may of sorted the essentials such as a venue, but need a helping hand with the finishing touches to make it the day you have dreamed of. 

This service includes: 

• A detailed phone consultation in the months leading up to your big day  to discuss your plans, and outline exactly which aspects of the day you require BELLE to assist with.
• Resolving any last-minute issues or emergencies, by phone or email, allowing you to focus on enjoying a stress-free celebration.
• On-The-Day Coordination available at extra cost if required. See 'Silver' package. 

Starting from £150, dependent on services required. 

Perfect for couples with a planned wedding who seek professional on-the-day support. Ideal for those that have booked a dry-hire venue, such as a barn or village hall.

I have two packages available here, Lite and Full depending on your needs...

Lite service includes: 

• A call 4-6 weeks before your big day to go over your exact requirements.
• Creation of a detailed schedule for your day which will be emailed to all of your vendors.
• On the day itself, you can relax and enjoy your special day while I expertly manage vendors, timings, and logistics to ensure everything runs seamlessly. I will also deal with any last-minute hiccups that may arise, allowing you to focus on enjoying a stress-free celebration.
• I'll be by your side from two hours before the ceremony until you sit for your wedding breakfast*, so you  can fully relax knowing any eventuality will be managed flawlessly.         (*Additional hours can be added, cost to be discussed).

Full service includes: 

All of the above, plus...

• I will be on site from 9am on your wedding day, right through until your first dance. 
• A Pre-Wedding Consultation involving a detailed meeting, either in person or by phone/Zoom, 2-3 months before your wedding day to discuss your plans and vision.
•  I will then personally contact all your vendors individually to confirm timings, create a comprehensive schedule for the day. For a small additional cost I can also manage all final payments on your behalf. This ensures a seamless and stress-free experience for you on the lead-up to your special day, and on the day itself. 

Prices start from £350 for my Lite service and from £750 for the Full service.

 For couples seeking comprehensive support in realising their dream wedding vision, from the beginning right through to the big day!

This service includes:

• An in-depth consultation which will start with a detailed conversation to help me understand your style, preferences, and vision for your dream wedding.
• I will then manage everything from budget creation and management to vendor recommendations, venue selection, design conceptualization, and more.
• Regular meetings and open communication via WhatsApp, phone or email to ensure you're actively involved in the planning process every step of the way.
